Ya habia estado volvi porque me encanto pero ahora no es igual el desayuno muy pobre , y la habitacion era chica e incomodo para or al baño con escalones de por medio y no estaba todo disponible para ver como por ejemplo la capilla y la sala de recepciones … y ademas el testing era free y ahora no , lamento de ir todo esto pero es verdad .

Per compleanno mi è stato regalato il tour del castello e degustazione. Le recensioni che avevo letto erano, almeno talune, negative, invece il tour è stato molto interessante, chi ci ha accompagnato è molto competente in ambito agronomico, enologico e conosce benissimo il castello e la sua storia ed è stato veramente coinvolgente. Paziente con tutti i presenti che lo hanno assassinato di domande e si vede che ha un vero attaccamento per quel luogo che sente suo. Il castello è molto bello e con una storia antica e moderna, il vino è buono e ne abbiamo comprato diverse bottiglie. Un'esperienza assolutamente molto positiva, um bellissimo regalo

È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La camera executive era molto carina, il personale è molto cordiale e abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di avere avuto una bottiglia omaggio al nostro arrivo. La colazione è servita in una bellissima sala con prodotti esclusivamente toscani. Consiglio anche di fare un tour all’interno del castello comprensivo di degustazione.

Location bella per il contesto tuttavia le camere e la struttura meriterebbero una rinfrescata ed una maggior cura oltre che manutenzione. Per esempio la nostra camera aveva prese che facevano contatto, il lavabo ed il bidet del bagno avevano il saltarello bloccato. La colazione normale con prodotti non di qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso.

The photos and visitors feedbacks wasn’t as the Vila looked compared to the castle. The villa we got is very old compared to the amazing reviews and photos of the Castle. The service we got is very nice although we decided to leave the place. We are looking forward to get any answers from costumer services in order to get fully refund back! It’s important mention the real feedback on the villas and not on the castle.

Purtroppo per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato i servizi non erano all’altezza. Se spendo oltre 240 euro, per una notte, quando arrivo a colazione mi aspetto almeno la tavola già apparecchiata. Colazione buona ma non ti incanta. Un solo bicchiere a disposizione dove devi bere acqua succo… però devo dire che il personale è gentilissimo anche se la reception la sera chiude. In doccia nella mia stanza non c’era neanche un appoggio dove poggiare lo shampoo. Insomma mancano un po’ di dettagli che non giustificano il prezzo. Peccato.
