The location is very nice as it’s close to everything. Staff are very friendly. However, the elevator is not working so you might get it fixed.

Hotel demasiado cerca del ruido constante de Rodadero con sus boliches y musica superrr alta que molesta el descanso. Falta de mantenimiento en el hotel, se nos cayo 1 cortina, la ducha se tapaba, el ascensor se rompio 2 veces en nuestra estadia de 6 dias , y en el frigo se formaba 1 charco. Personal super amable . Tenes que caminar 1 cuadra para llegar al resort donde esta la playa, piscina y servicios(pocas carpas disponibles)- Camas muy comodas

Acceso a la piscina del hotel Tamacá (que es genial) y a la playa a través de las instalaciones del mismo hotel. La ubicación es buena, tiene un Farmatodo al lado, un centro comercial (Arrecifes) a pocos pasos, un Acuario al frente. Las instalaciones tienen sus años pero están bien. Por mejorar el ascensor.

En general el hotel es bueno y bonito, esta vez si tuvimos algunos inconvenientes. El ascensor no funcionaba y nos dieron las habitaciones en el piso 4, hasta el próximo año lo piensan arreglar así que solicitamos cambio de habitación porque mis padres tienen más de 60 años y no pueden estar subiendo y bajando escaleras todo el día, nos cambiaron a los dos días.
El desayuno considero podría ser mejor, es muy básico, solo huevo y dos tipos de fruta, podrían mejorar.
Otra cosa a mejorar es la cuestión de toallas en la piscina, de 7 días, 4 días no nos suministraron toallas porque no habían lavadas, es muy terrible que un hotel como el Tamacá estén dando esas excusas todos los días.
En general buena estadía, los empleados son muy amables, pero si deben mejorar muchos factores en el servicio ya que el valor de las habitaciones no es bajo.

Pésimo servicio, no son amables con el huésped! Vine por convenio laboral y ni así tienen en cuenta lo que uno pide, no hay restaurante solo para el desayuno ! No es tan bonito como se ve en las fotos, está vacío y dicen que está lleno para no hacer nada !!

Las instalaciones viejas, el ascensor se queda frenado y no tiene botón para abrir la puerta, si uno se queda encerrado. El check in muy lento demoré más de 20 min en el proceso. La zona es muy ruidosa. Lo único bueno es el acceso al hotel tamacá.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy completo y lo mejor fue la posibilidad de acceder a la piscina del hotel Tamaca ubicada a unos metros del hotel. Fue una excelente experiencia y seguro volveremos.

It was an incredible experience and we enjoyed our time at this hotel, it's location is perfect to take different activities such as going to the aquarium and playa blanca, tayrona park and other places. There is a little options for fun and parties and the nights has not quite fun. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the elevator looks like old and unsafety but you can used the stairs.
