De acuerdo al paquete contratado esperaba una mejor atención, claro que con respecto a las instalaciones no tengo queja, faltó más atención en el servicio. En cuanto a a la alimentación, se procesa cómida del día anterior ya dañada, triste.

Muy chévere el hotel, pero la alimentación malísima empezando por q el lema es mi tierra paisa de lo cual ni por las curvas se le parece a la comida de mi tierra. A mi madre le tocó un calentado al desayuno que se encontraba vinagre , y las cenas horribles. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo ya q estar comprando comida aparte sale muy costoso porq le toca uno ir a buscar

El servicio y las instalaciones me gustaron pero la comida es malísima, sirven comida vieja y en ocaciones dañada, deberían mejorar este aspecto, bien ubicado pero no volveremos, espero puedan corregir ya que realmente son muy visitados
