Arrived at check in 4 pm went to assigned room,room heat wouldn't work, summoned housekeeping few doors down ,they couldn't get it to work, assigned a second room near hotel commercial WM dumpster, still no heat and bedspread was still damp from laundry, was assigned third room ,had heat ,but bedspread wet/damp, like no dryer cycle, front desk call room to enquire,I said ,I've got heat , but bedspread was very damp again. Front desk told me I'm TOO DEMANDING, AND PROBABLY WONT ACHIEVE SATISFACTION WITH STAY,TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT,BRING KEY TO FRONT DESK, &&GO ELSEWHERE...***????

I enjoyed my many stays at this location, it's super convenient, reasonable rates , quiet ,comfortable. Just what I needed I wish they would bring back a more complete breakfast as they had years ago

Quite good but some trouble with water pressure in shower...it worked but only a gentle spray. Very quiet upstairs where we were on the third floor. Kitchen was great. Bring dish detergent! Otherwise everything provided and we were not asked to return for sanitation. They did that job when we left. Overall quite good for low price. Dont count on the breakfadt for much. Just granola bar or muffin. Friendly, helpful staff.

The overall experience was good but few issues with service especially in regard to customer service was not good.
I had to request service for house keeping for my room several times and sometime days before the service was done.
Management need to train or retrain the staff on good practices in customer service.
Mr Kush was not attentive to requests i made drugged his feet in most of whatever needed to be done.
Ms Brianna was excellent , made feel good and enjoy our stay at the hotel. Was very attentive to our needs whenever called upon.

The staff was excellent. The room was functional and served its purpose as I was between cities and needed a studio apar**ent with Internet, a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Perfect.
If I am in need again, I will choose Extended Stay America.

I was overcharged for the property. I had seen a quote for $95 per night but I just realize that I was not charged that amount. When I came to the location and stop at 201 Professional Drive the staff on the phone asked me whether it was 201 or 205. When I look at the text message I saw 205. When I got to 205 the front desk could not find my reservation. He had to look on my phone and called Travelocity. Not sure what transpired. He asked me what room I was renting I said bed with a pull out sofa or if you have two beds. When I got to the room I was so disappointed it was not what I had seen on the web. It came to me that there must have been a missed up with the location that was the reason he could not find the reservation. I also noted that the front desk area was shabby not how it looked on the Web. Please refund me a part of the money paid because it is not what I had requested.
