服務一般，晚上六七點打電話前台已經沒人了。沒有一次性拖鞋、沒有一次性牙刷、也沒有洗漱用品。所有配備設施都沒有。然後晚上巨冷，空調製熱完全是擺設。外面的池子下午到水冰冷，根本沒辦法泡。游泳館也未開放。但室內水池水比較熱，水流比較大。

房間如果需要打掃需與前台打招呼，晚上洗澡水不太穩定，時有時無；早餐就是饅頭，地瓜，熱菜2種，涼菜5-6種，粥2種。温泉池可以兩個人同時泡。地理位置離鮁魚圈市區較遠，十幾公里。

非常臟，管理非常差的一家酒店，不知道那麼多好評哪兒來的！打開電梯門的地上堆放着好幾堆布草，從我們入住到離店四天了一直堆放在那裡，房間的窗簾都是壞的，所謂的室內泡池也很臟。所謂的景觀陽台更是凌亂破舊和骯臟。所謂的買套票贈室外温泉更是搞笑和離譜，室外哪裡有温泉？一個都沒有，問服務員，告知衹有一個室內的小遊泳池，就是騙錢。還有不給清掃房間，每天得去前台要牙刷和捲紙，跟要飯一樣。不給浴帽，室內不提供紙抽和礦泉水，買的早餐套票衹有粥和饅頭。啥都沒有，煮雞蛋不能自取，餐廳按人頭提供每人一個。哪裡對得起四五百的這個價位？？？我從來都不給酒店差評，這家真的過分到極點了，是我住過最差最次的酒店，都不如一二百塊錢的小旅館！非常生氣，差差差評！

端午假期入住兩天，很滿意。室外泡池很愜意。園內綠意盎然。房間內很涼快。基本用品都有。服務很好。有求必應。需要放冰箱的東西前台都幫着放在他們的大冰箱裏。還給了自家種的杏，杏味濃，很好吃。温泉水洗完身上滑滑的。有機會還要來。
