Helen is very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is the heat in the room despite the air conditioning.

Very nice hotel, room was amazing, staff very friendly and serviceminded. Breakfast was very nice. On the things that could have been bettet is that the size of the poolarea is very small and pool the same. I rate it 8 out of 10.

We found the Elia on ******* and all the reviews were excellent, I can honestly say the reality was just as good, if not better.
The room was a lovely size, a massive comfortable bed, and a quite frankly brilliant shower.
The greatest USP of the Elia is the staff, the lady who organised the breakfasts is really lovely and explained all the various breakfast dishes to us, lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a spotless breakfast room.
The reception staff helped us find great places to visit, where to find the bus the Chania and local places to eat. They are all a tremendous asset to the hotel.

The structure is well maintained, the area is quiet and not far from Chania. The staff is very kind, the rooms are well furnished and clean, the breakfast is decent, there is also a small well-kept swimming pool. The stay was pleasant, a good starting point for discovering the splendid beaches of Crete.
