I have text messages that I have sent to Jaceyln and talked with the Manager on site Jasmin about my disappoin**ent as two maids entered our room without our permission and I was sleeping while my husband was reading his book. We had until noon to check out... I have serious health issues and for this to disturb my rest and getting ready is very unacceptable. The hotel itself and room were perfect except the maids. We would like a full refund thank you.

It’s not a new hotel, but it’s great. It’s been well taken care of and has been upgraded. I didn’t give it a 5 because some of the carpet is worn and not clean. The rooms, however, are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is wonderful with shopping and restaurants very close, several within walking distance. Desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay and it’s away from Nashville which is a huge plus.

Super clean and comfortable Hampton Inn in Gallatin. It is not new but gives off a new vibe- the front desk check-in person was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really large and the bed was very comfortable. the internet was down in the hotel and they had the AT&T folks there working on it- I do not hold that against the hotel. We did not eat the breakfast since it was crowded and I do not like crowds so I cannot speak to that but would definitely recommend if you are in the area. If I have one recommendation it is that they include TV instructions in the room. To get the Guide, you have to go to Channel 2 which is not really intuituive for those of us who have a Guide button on our remotes at home.
