Overall it was a satisfactory stay. In Gallup, located on the road from New Mexico to Arizona, Springhill Suites was very satisfactory for the price. Also, thanks to the spacious room like the Spring Hill Suite, the whole family was able to spend a comfortable and pleasant time even after packing up their belongings.

The room was very spacious, not your typical room layout. Just have to remember to be out of my room early next time; the cleaning staff were already ready to clean the room before check out time, 11:00 am. I had the hotel breakfast, everything was good.

Great stay! The only issue was the entry roadway. It made it difficult to drive into the hotel.

Nice, fairly new hotel in a good location. Close to many restaurants, fast food, outlets, and gas station. Breakfast was better than most. A special note; 5 inches of snow had come down overnight and I liked that they plowed their parking lot and they had a complementary snow brush for cleaning the snow off of guests’ vehicles. Nice touch.

Ac plug receptacle broken plate needs to be replaced was broken and unpluged when we checked in, shower head sprays all over the ceiling and over the shower curtain. Can't adjust temp setting on unit stuck on 73 degrees. Room 203

Friendly check in staff, fast and smooth process. Room is great size for family, clean and comfort with free two water bottle. It was amazing experience.

Unfortunately the location is pretty bad. Lots of homeless around, walking and running around the parking lot, we got approached by one of them when we arrived at night and felt shaken because we were with our babies. Thankfully nothing happened to us, but we left from the parking lot scared of something happening to our car. We did mention this to the hotel front desk staff and they said they were going to call security. Not sure if they did.
The room: the sofa was very dirty, the pillows smelled like sweat, the bathroom floor was dirty, full of crumbles and hair as well as the bathtub... I decided not to give a bath to my babies that night because of the lack of cleanliness.
Front desk staff where nice as well as the staff at the breakfast area.
Breakfast was good
Hotel common areas were nice.
Overall I think this hotel is overpriced for how it is managed and the location.
We would never stay there again.
