The front desk staffs were friendly. I found our room had a musty smell, but it was clean. The hotel breakfast was just okay.

I was told I was going to be refunded since I had to cancel my reservation. It has been 5 days and I still have yet to hear back from customer service. The hotel refused my request to cancel my reservation and claimed management would have to process my cancellation which also never happened

My stay here was great! We checked in late at night at staff was there at the front desk to greet and check my family in. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. Had breakfast started at 6 I think. Had a good variety of option to eat. Was a little hard to find, it was behind the buildings in the shopping center. Overall my stay was great

Positives: Continental breakfast offered a variety of options. The hotel establishment is clean and safe. The staff are courteous and hardworking. Negatives: the shower/tub handle was loose and the didn’t hook on the temperature gauge. Air conditioning filter needed to be changed- had a damp smell. Windows could be opened which allowed air a natural breeze to filter the air.

Clean and friendly service. Room was very large with loveseat and ottomans. I would highly recommend.
