The reasons for the disappointment were: the ac never cooled below 78, the freezer shocked my guest, many repairs to the property that were messy/not up to code. The overall property condition, my guest getting shocked and ac that wouldn’t cool led to a poor birthday experience.

Great views of the beach. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect for a weekend getaway!!!

The unit was clean and exactly how the pics show it. The host was great and the staff was awesome!

This was a cute little spot in the best location I think... But there were some issues... The ac vent leaks right above the toilet and constantly drips on you while using the bathroom. Also the stove worked fine the first morning, but the 2nd morning we couldn't even get it to come on. For the price I paid, I was very disappointed.

The condo is well kept & great location. Nice ocean view, on main ***** close to eateries. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here in Galveston. The space was relaxing and thoughtfully designed. One of our favorite features was the indoor jacuzzi — it was perfect after a day out on the island. They even provided Epsom salt, and the room had a diffuser and soft music setting, which created a beautiful spa-like atmosphere.The view of the ocean made the experience even more special. Sitting back, listening to the waves, and enjoying the peaceful ambiance made our stay unforgettable.If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the seaside in comfort, this is a fantastic choice. We would definitely come back!

This was the perfect place for a quick overnight stay in Galveston. The location has great access to the beach. The condo was cozy and had everything you would need for an overnight trip. The host was very helpful and even had the condo ready early for us. I would definitely book again.

The host was super quick responding when we had not received the instructions for check in message from VRBO when we had arrived. We had only scheduled the day before so there was a mix up somewhere along the way. She was courteous and attentive to our needs when helping. The wi-fi was fast and had good connectivity and the kitchen was supplied with what we needed to make dinner.The best part of the place is the view. It is as advertised. Seeing the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico is why you rent this place.Some things to consider. The lodgings are a bit more tired in person than they appear in the images for the post. There seems to be some repairs needed that have been done poorly or not at all. The sliding door to the balcony is difficult to use as the door handle is coming off the door, and the vent fan in the bathroom is in need of reattaching to the ceiling.Maybe the most disconcerting thing was that the VRBO is in a condo building, and the front desk charged me a fairly substantial amount to park my vehicle for the evening. I don't see this mentioned anywhere in the listing. It says that parking is available, but it doesn't say that you have to pay to park.
