My best friend and I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Galveston - Beachfront on January 15 for two nights. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, offering plenty of space for relaxing and sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the Gulf from our upper-floor room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations on what to see and do during our full day before the cruise. Doc Holiday's Roadhouse, conveniently located next to the hotel, was fantastic; we dined there twice and plan to do so again when we return to Galveston. In the future, we intend to stay at this hotel again, opting to drive instead of taking the train to Houston. We will write another review during our next visit and share details about the parking experience.

We arrived earlier in the day of our check in and they allowed us to check in a few hours early; which was nice after driving overnight. Room was nice and clean. We loved having a patio to view the ocean from. Good big breakfast selection! Cheapest price for the value on the island. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 5th time staying here! Location: perfect. Breakfast and parking included. Access to indoor and outdoor pools. Rooms are clean and all have an ocean view. Close to Kroger and all fast food restaurants. Assistant Manager, Amanda, is a gem!

Our family stay at this hotel was great. We stayed for 5 nights. Every thing was good as expected. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice also breakfast was good with a hot section (eggs different styles, sausage, potatoes with veggies, biscuits and grits. Waffles, cereal all kinds, bagels, muffins, toast. Yogurt. Coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice. Fruits, bananas and mandarin. Most of all the staff are great. Special thanks to the front desk team Lala C. , Victor and Madi they were very nice and helpful all the time. Also many thanks to the house keeping crew. This was my third stay at this hotel and I have to say it has become much better.

Older, worn hotel. Its value is location and price; otherwise you would probably NOT want to stay here. It’s clean with decent breakfast, but small & crowded dining room with uncleaned tables. Interior decorating out of date & strange colors. Parking is bad; not enough handicapped spots and the Member spots taken up by a lift machine (very inconsiderate). Dark spread on bed with a stain on it, yuk! Crowded with lots of people about to get on a cruise. Note - all the hotels in this area have a street between them and the ocean, and it’s a busy street. Decent Mexican restaurant nearby. WiFi will not stay on their network so have to continuously input password to be on-line.
