I was kind of scared before going here because there are some bad reviews that can really influence your booking so I hope my review helps everyone! The location is extremely convenient for cruise ship travel or just to sightseeing Galveston and/or going to the beach! The hotel staff was respectful, humble, nice and very serviceable. The hotel is old you can tell yet the room was very cleaned and spacious, no issues at all. There is a laundry with one washer and one dryer at $1.25 only which is very rare to find so this really helped! Its about 10-15 minutes from the La Marque, TX Avis rental car place. The hotel area is pretty safe as its surrounded by private residences and other hotels and businesses. There is plenty to do the night before a cruise and again extremely close to the cruise terminal! I recommend this hotel for single people or families. Again my experience was great and thar really matters! They also have an indoor pool which is amazing, the gym only has one treadmill. Hope this helps!

The staff was professional and helpful, the location was clean. The only complaint I have was the hot tub wasn’t really hot. Not a big deal, but overall I was very pleased

Housekeep services were fantastic & so accomidating/ polite.
Good continental breakfast.
Decently comfortable beds.
Suggestions: deep clean of walls in room, new mattress particularly on pull out sofa.
