The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

Our stay was very pleasant. Location and amenities were good. The dampness in the air left the room with a musty feeling. If there was something to make the room smell and feel fresher it would be great.

Rooms were clean, location was great. Very good price for the rooms. Elevators, outside corridors and stairs were very filthy with trash, cigarette butts and dirt.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel & had it been my first, I would not go back. We were moved from our original room due to the bathroom light now working & needing repair. The room we were moved to was NOT ready for anyone! We had no towels, no toilet paper, shampoo containers laying in the tub, room was dirty & the telephone didn’t even have buttons or a cord or attached to anything. This room looked like it was being remodeled, but that’s where they put us. The breakfast was great as usual tho, thanks for that! I’d give this hotel another chance BUT it’s not yet worth the recently raised rates. Keep prices lower for the way the rooms currently function.
