The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked.

Something that we were not aware of when we checked in and apparently there is a sign on the desk not sure where at though that you will be charged a daily fee for the safe in your room now they will reimburse you for that safe fee if you did not use it, but you must tell them when you’re checking out. The other thing that I wasn’t too fond of was the bathroom, the tub did not have any handrails for safety or anywhere you could hang your washcloth. The rooms aren’t very noise cancellation you will hear everything outside your door. It was cool that we could use the pool next-door for inside purposes, but you have to go up to that hotel main lobby to get a key card and then go back down outside to use The pool. Overall though the property was nice, the breakfast was very good.

The elevator had trash in it both days we were there. Our next door room were loud standing outside their room. Room seemed clean but walls had stuff on them and floors were icky

Ice machine were broken outside and the staff locked the lobby at 11p.m. which is were the only one that worked is. The gentleman that checked us in was super super friendly! And the breakfast was phenomenal!

One of the elevators were out and the room was not very clean. There were hairs and the floor was gross. Also, the room staff were very loud outside the door in the morning cleaning and talking amongst themselves. They woke us up with their loud chatter and so we just got up and checked out soon after. The front desk receptionist at check in was very wonderful, friendly and pleasant though. More than likely, will definitely not return.
