Precruise stay at this hotel. Room and location was fine but found the room door open upon arrival. We thought the host opened it for us. In the morning we went to breakfast and upon our return we found police activity in the parking lot and were shocked when we again found the door to our room open. Thankfully our luggage was still there. We reported the issue to hotel staff who showed little concern. We received the same response from corporate upon our return home. We will not use this hotel in the future.

Older and a bit run down property inside the rooms. Staff were nice. But, we had to change rooms twice when we got there due to cleanliness, but, we ended in a fine room with a great view. However, at breakfast they ran out of some foods. Stay there in a pinch for the price, but not our first recommendation on the Island.

The sink had brown crust around it and hair in it. There was hair on the sheets of one of the beds.

I was sad that the hot tub was not working. But super happy with the solution to use the indoor jacuzzi. I loved the breakfast and complimentary Lemon infused water….. it was so refreshing. Your staff was so helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and enjoyed my stay with my family. I’ll definitely be back because you offer a Military discount.

The hotel has begun offering a “cruise package” providing free parking and shuttle to the ship. We have stayed in this location visiting family for years and since this started, there is no longer a place to park our car. I can’t recommend this hotel because of the lack of available parking.

I have mix feelings about this one, I want to love this place, but it is a hit or miss. Stayed here the night before the cruise, and the day we got back. the first night was good the 2nd time not so good. Pros: Nice comfy beds water pressure great for the shower breakfast was decent. has a shuttle to take you to the cruise lines, Parking for cruise line passengers. Cons: older building, needs Maintenace. Outside lights were hanging as an example 2nd floor room as holes in the floor size of a foot under the carpet. rooms were nice, but the furniture outdated and scratched. Lace of staff and not around, have to ring the bell for front desk services all the time. Bathtubs are slippery, get the bathmats they offer. One shuttle driver for multiple drop offs and pickups, may have to wait awhile for a return shuttle ride. I will probably not stay here again.
