We decided to give this location a try with our pug Frank. Our stay was excellent! The front desk was very friendly and checked us in pronto. The room was cool and nice and at a very good price for being within a very short walking distance to the beach and Guidos/Nicks restaurant. We saw other guests with pets and everyone seemed happy. The grass around the hotel looked clean. We picked up after our pet. We only saw one instance where someone had not cleaned up after their pet. Since that was the case, we appreciated that someone probably cleans up even if guests don't. We now feel comfortable to take our pet again. It is great to have a pet friendly hotel we can book in the future! Thanks # 1198!!!

Nice enough place, room looked much nicer inside than the exterior did. Bed was fine, good shower head. Our only complaint was that there was no luggage rack or surface to put our suitcase, and trying to unpack with it on the floor was difficult.

This hotel is immaculately clean (smells fresh upon entry to your room) safe, has a well lit parking lot at night (with property manager walking the area occasionally) walkable (only one street back from the seawall with partial oceans views from some rooms and areas, pet friendly (for free) and has a crystal clean pool. What more could you ask for on a budget hotel ?

NOT BEACHFRONT at all, the beach is just nearby. Dirty hallways and surrounding areas, somehow cleaner rooms with dirty coffee bags left on the coffee maker. Grossed me out!
Get ready to have the smallest, thinner bathroom towels you have ever seen.
Had my license plate stolen at their crowded parking lot, right next to their front office!
You get what you pay for and compromise until you feel just like another one of the pets allowed.
