Friendly, clean, cheap and the location was great

This stay was on the verge of unacceptable. It was NOT on the beachfront, the AC was not working and it was 100 degrees out, and the cleaner/air freshener smell was very over powering. We inquired about the obnoxious smell and we were given a can of odor minimizer, and was told they use strong cleaners to get rid of pet smells. We ended up at Wal-Mart buying a spray that ended up making it almost tolerable. While we were at Wal-Mart we also bought a fan so we could sleep. The hotel is located one street off the main road to the beach so it was a little bit of a walk, to get to the beach.

Very cheap especially when booking super far out. Building does have some sea air rust so it could use some maintenance. However the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. They offer cruise parking. And most importantly the room was clean.

We stayed here the night before leaving on our cruise, and it was one of the best motel experiences we've had in years. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was the most comfortable motel bed I've ever slept in. We slept great and woke up feeling rested and ready for our trip. The only small thing missing was a laundry bag for our dirty clothes, which would have been helpful since we were heading out on a cruise. Other than that, everything was wonderful. If you're looking for a very clean, comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this motel. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fine for a one-night stop before our cruise. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The property itself seemed run down. We had stains on our sheets and everything just seemed slightly less than clean. But we would stay again for one night before a cruise because it was well priced for that purpose.

Fraudulent charges to credit card, refused to refund per the terms of the booking agreement. When contacted to correct magically became unresponsive. Be careful with your credit cards.
