⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The San Luis Resort — Truly My Happy Place The San Luis Resort is truly my happy place. Every visit gives me the opportunity to slow down, clear my mind, relax, and enjoy the exceptional amenities and beautiful atmosphere. The Grotto is always a highlight, especially because of Chef Rolando. His dishes are not only delicious and beautifully presented, but his personal touch makes every experience memorable. He always takes the time to come out and say hello, which makes me feel genuinely special. My wonderful waitress, Conjetta, greets me like family and provides the most gracious and delightful service. She always makes my visits even more enjoyable. From the outstanding food and service to the welcoming staff throughout the resort, the San Luis consistently exceeds my expectations. It is more than a resort to me—it is a place where I can relax, recharge, and leave feeling truly happy and refreshed. A beautiful resort, an incredible staff, and an experience that is always five-star. I look forward to every visit! ❤️✨

This review is for the bar staff. The ambience was great and we decided to eat dinner in the bar area. We have been to Galveston but never the San Luis. If this staff is representative of the place as a whole then we will be coming back for sure. Sam and Wesley took great care of us. They did it with warmth and professionalism.Made us feel right at home. They even brought out a little bday surprise for me. The manager Amanda came over and made sure everything was to our liking as well. Great experience and example of the people making the place.

Lacy at the pool bar was a great bartender. We had a lot of fun!

This has been my 4th year in a row coming here for an annual conference and staff is always amazing and so accommodating! Jessica is so nice and helpful as well as all front desk staff. Great room, great food, great vibes!

We love the San Luis. The hotel staff is what makes this place. Zoe, Adrian, Connor and Pinar always take great care of us. They are personable and great bartenders. Give them a raise!!

The San Luis is one of our Favorites in Galveston. The location is great. I love you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the views of The Gulf. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is always super friendly. We purchased our coffee from Cup and Cone and then enjoyed sitting in the lobby area, which is always relaxing. Just sitting and enjoying visiting and being able to see the beautiful resort inside and out. I was able to get a massage at the Spa and it was amazing. It was so nice and relaxing. I can't remember who did my massage, but she was so sweet. The only thing I wish was a little different is while sitting in the lobby area, where the doors are the music seems a little loud but doesn't stop us from enjoying the place or even sitting there. The San Luis is a great place and we love staying here.
