Everyone was nice and the property was conveniently located so you could walk to the main attractions. We also got a free upgrade when we informed them that it was our anniversary!

I Celebrated My 50th Birthday at Moody Gardens Resort and Spa. My Birthday Dinner was at Shearn’s 10/10 I definitely recommend this beautiful resort and Restaurant. We are looking forward to coming back! Fun times we’re had. Thank you the Staff was very kind from the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Cafe in the Park, Gift shops and Especially Shearn’s Excellent service I Loved it. My Birthday Dinner was delicious

The complex is dated. To offer the ultimate experience, which should be an easy accomplishment, is failing. The hotel and decor are dated. The odor is abundant throughout the hotel. It is a moldy, stagnet odor. The valets are very friendly, but the work attire is worn and dated. Once you walk inside, it's loud and not welcoming. The company is missing the mark. To offer such a variety of amenities, there should be people seen cleaning and greeting guests. Cleaning inside and outside. It would be nice to be offered a cold bottle of water once you begin to enter the building. The hotel room that we stayed in was not well kept. The tub was rusting, was painted over, and the paint was worn off, and more rust was coming through where a person would sit or stand. The tub also had caulk that had turned black. The Keurig had small bugs inside where the water was to enter. The plastic wrapped coffee cups stuck to the counter, as if the counter had not been cleaned. Two of the complimentary packets of sugar, creamer, and stirrer were opened, and half of the contents were missing. The sofa and ottoman had many stains. For such a great entertainment Complex to miss the mark with the hotel rooms, the greetings, the complimentary bottle of water in addition to entertainment that provokes the feeling of never needing to leave. I was going to use the spa but after sleeping in the room, I was positive that spa had to ne just as bad. Moody Gardens should be an experience to brag about, not check off your list.

The staff at Moody Gardens was inviable and present at the same time. We didn't see them but always knew they were there taking care of us! Shearn's at Moody Gardens was fantastic! The steak and lobster, the sampler desserts and top of the line service.

We have been going to Moody Gardens for years. It never disappoints. You will always be happy with your stay. The rooms are nice and clean. We always feel safe. The pool and hot tub are awesome and they both stay open late which makes it nice for evening swimming. We will be back one day for sure.
