Wonderful location and fantastic hotel. Spent two great nights at this hotel. It’s beautiful and staff were amazing. Have nothing but high marks for the hotel.

The stay was awesome, as usual. We have our annual retreat here. Great service, great food, great accommodations!! What more did I need. Valet attendants and bellmen were awesome. Front desk professionals were awesome. Lora was awesome. I appreciate you ALL!

The hotel renovations are very elegant although we were disappointed that the rooftop bar was not ready to reopen. We were given an ADA room which was fine, but the shower was smaller than pictured on their website which was disappointing. The front desk staff and valet staff were accommodating and friendly. When we arrived, Ernesto was very helpful and professional. Upon checking out, Lora helped with our luggage and was truly awesome! It’s a beautiful place and very comfortable.

The Tremont House is at the top of our Galveston Hotel destination list. Magnolia Wine Selections’ created a Wine & Book Club membership event that’s been hosted annually by The Tremont since the summer of 2022. It includes an over night stay, wine tasting and a discussion with the book’s author. Our guest(s) count averages 10-15 requiring us to block 10 rooms. From the beginning, Jordyn Cowen, Sales and Group Booking, extends the red carpet to us arranging and implementing any and all preparation necessities required for our event to successfully flow. There may be more hotels available in Galveston, but the Tremont’s personal care, 5 star customer service and suites are unmatched as well as their location to The Strand. Recently, our group met on May 16th-17th. Everything was impeccably arranged in detail by Jordyn under the direction of staff members Amy and Cory. Even the valet and bell service never missed a beat. Giving a shout out to Lora for getting our guests from point A to point B from the moment we arrived until our departure. Skip ahead to the front of the top destination hotels in Galveston- The Tremont House!
