Wonderful location and fantastic hotel. Spent two great nights at this hotel. It’s beautiful and staff were amazing. Have nothing but high marks for the hotel.

Wonderful hotel with the very best service. Hope that they revisit their commitment to cleanliness - we found a contact lens on the floor (neither of us wears contacts) in the bathroom and there was something unidentifiable wiped on the wall (ick!).

This is my third time at this hotel and it’s always so wonderful! The kind greeting as you check in to the spacious yet cozy rooms is just what I need while on a work trip. Shoutout to the exceptional service from Ernesto who promptly brought my luggage up with a smile and was so nice! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Galveston. Can’t wait for the rooftop to be open again!

I travel often all over the world . This hotel has been one of my best experiences they treat you like royalty from the time you arrive . Check in great we arrived 2 hours early and put us in a room I would like to give a shout out to Ernesto for taking us up to our room and answered all my questions and very friendly. I would recommend and stay here again

Stayed in the King Suite #306. First of all, no, it is not *******, but if anyone in your party plans to sleep on the sofa bed a casket would be much more comfortable. You can feel every spring, I've been in more comfortable futon mattresses. We asked for turn down service multiple times upon arrival and never got it. Had to ask for blankets etc for the sofa bed. Housekeeping expected us to make the bed ourselves after specifically asking that it be made in the evening while we were out. A 16 ounce carafe is the only drinking water made available in the room and you have to fill it yourself down the hallway. Service and room was subpar for a $500. nightly room.

Stayed in the suite, absolutely stunning room. Staff was excellent. Always gorgeous at the tremont! Had dinner and breakfast at the plumb and co and it was delicious
