Worst service. I have called every number found online and given to me by neighboring hotels. Not one time did any one answer. I have been calling about my reservation for over 48 hours multiple times an hour. Not one answer. Even the local hotels say that they never answer the phones and that guests cancel their reservations and stay elsewhere because of it. I am definitely going to do the same.

Door was off hinges, toilet handle broke, cockroaches, ceiling caving in, supposed “hot tub” was freezing, banging on door/ random calls of silence, fire alarm went of every night, and the people were disrespectful and rude.

The room was a maintenance disaster. Sink would not drain, curtain was torn from the hangers, multiple visible wall patches. The entire Choice chain has a marked decline in recent years. Occasionally, I find a well managed property, but more and more, I find disappointment. Then, we went to breakfast.

Phone in room didn't work, half the lights didn't work, all the lights had rust on them, tiles were loose and missing grout, towel bar fell off the wall, cracks in tub, dirty curtains, room smelled like smoke, toilet seat was worn out, the toiletries looked used, ice bucket lid had cigarette ash and burn on it. The hot tub wasn't hot, the front desk guy was the same guy the whole weekend, day and night! If all the other hotels weren't packed we would have left immediately.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. The room was clean and spacious. We were expecting a room with a view but got a view of a building we were let down by that but everything else was ok. The bathroom was big. The breakfast was nothing special but that was no big deal.

Do NOT Recommend. We stayed here just one night before a cruise. No one was at the desk to help us check in. Someone finally walked by and told someone in the back we were there. He checked us in without saying anything and just left without a word. Wasn’t sure if we were even done checking in. But we got Heidi we just left. We were put in a room that was pretty disgusting. The walls seemed moldy and rusty and it felt gross. There was a water leak that was dripping in the bathroom right in front of the toilet. There was water on the floor when we got there and it dripped every few seconds, so impossible to go to the bathroom without getting wet. We asked to switch room for which they accommodated. The second room was better and felt cleaner. But I won’t do this one again. There were similar hotels on both sides of us that looked a LOT nicer all the way around. I suggest picking one of those.

This place was horrible. I booked it because we were one night, getting in late and I had rewards points to use up. The check in was smooth and friendly. Upon opening the door to the first room, I was accosted with the strong smell of mildew and mold (room 314). I asked for another room. The sweet girl put me in the room next door (312). It still smelled, but tolerable. The hotel is beat up. They are working on the outside and there is plaster and rebar and just junk and debris all over. The inside has holes in the walls, scrapes and missing paint. It is dirty, just all over dirty. There was a hunk of plaster on the floor of the workout room and I doubt it’s been vacuumed in a month. The pool looked well maintained. There was scaffolding outside our balcony but we figured they were working on lower floors or when guests were not occupying the room. WE WERE WRONG. At 7:30am we were awoke by power saws. I called down and she said sorry, she would make a note and tell management. She didn’t mention management wasn’t coming in until after 9. At 8:15 they were working ON our balcony. I called again and she told me “just don’t go out on the balcony”. I told her I wanted to use my balcony and have coffee and look at the ocean. She said “you can’t see the ocean from that side anyway”. I sternly corrected her. I went out on the balcony with the men and they faked not speaking English. I put a translator on my phone and told them I wanted to use my balcony and they needed to find something else to do for 90 minutes. They suddenly spoke perfect English and said OK they understand and will be back. They came back in exactly 90 minutes (which was ok we were ready to leave). The one redeeming quality was the manager, although I suspect he might be the owner. He was nice as could be, and apologetic - he even got me to calm down he was so nice. I will never return.
