An easy stay that made a quick Galveston stopover a good one. Front desk were welcoming and all was as expected, it was easy. The room was clean and had all we needed for one night, it was easy. A little more carpet in the room would make for an even better stay, if I had to comment on something. Brekky was solid, oats were amazing, it was all too easy! If you’re in G Valley own, this is a great cheap and cheerful stay!

Great location; friendly staff, parking is around the block....there were several things wrong with the room...doorto the terrace would not open (subsequently fixed), coffee maker did not work, housekeeping came once in four days - despite the privacy card not being on the door; marketplace was not well stocked. room was alittle tired; elevators painfully slow

Our total was $381 for Saturday night. We stayed here prior to our cruise. The hotel is clean. The bathrooms have the dove shampoo , conditioner and lotion . You do have to pay $15 to park and the parking garage is across the street and we did not know that up front . You can pay $75 to leave your vehicle in the parking garage while going on cruise but you are responsible to get transportation to and from the port . I had to pay $100 fee when I arrived but was told I will get it back when we check out. The location is great. The Spot is next door.

We booked for one night, stayed for two. Spent the money for a balcony room and it was worth it. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend.

The front desk people were great. Hotel was clean but…..something they use in the bedding caused two out of three of us to itch terribly. The sofa sleeper was unusable. Nasty and was like lying directly on bed coils. The parking garage ($15 per day)is directly across the street but not connected or a part of the hotel. No valet.It is not secure. We were approached by homeless man looking for money and another guy tried to get my daughter in his car when she was going to get the car out of garage after checkout (10:30am) This is across from Seawall but the area is ghetto. In fact most of Galveston seemed Ghetto. We were there for convention not vacation.

Our room was ready early, which was a great surprise. It was clean and quiet. We stayed for two nights before our cruise and had no problems with the property. It's in a great location, right across from the gulf, and you can walk a few blocks to bars, restaurants, or to catch the trolley along the Seawall or the rail car up into the strand/historic district. Breakfast was included, and it was pretty good. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was equipped with a fridge, microwave and small keurig coffee maker. The windows had light shades as well as a blackout shade. I would stay here again.

Was great. Staff was nice, clean and spacious room and a decent breakfast. Great location as well right off of the beach
