Snoozles Galway City Centre

Very professionally run. Very clean and modern. A great place to stay. I unfortunately left my keys there, and they were very kind enough to have returned them to me. Eternally grateful Snoozles :)

An upmarket hostel (2 Star Hotel?). Very pleasant and helpful staff. A double room was booked. The room was "compact" but everything worked, and a mobile fan was provided. This helped with creating "white noise" to reduce the impact of noise from the street and the Bus depot to the rear of the hostel. A continental breakfast was provided. The hostel is a short walk from the train and bus depots. Ideal for walking access to Galway centre.

Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, light, power socket and USB. Good showers with hooks for hanging items and shower gel provided. And finally a hostel that doesn’t charge or require a deposit for towels - fantastic! There is a nice communal lounge area and outside seating. The kitchen has everything you need. Free tea, coffee and some fruit is available 24/7 which is fantastic, and there are even some free daily afternoon snacks. I have to say a highlight is the free breakfast which is excellent - everything you’d want and good quality produce. The hostel is very clean throughout with everything well-maintained. WiFi is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Note that Snoozles is operated by the same people as Kinlay Hostel, which is also superb. I strongly recommend both hostels.
