This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔
As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

A nice hotel . We had a pleasant stay , the staff were very helpful . Mark the bar manager was a nice young man that gave us free cocktails as they were developing a new cocktail menu. … they were delicious.

停車方便，還免費，房間面積住3人打開放3個大行李箱也可以，距離中心街開車幾公里，對於自駕出行比較方便，早餐也不錯，沒有很豐富但也算滿意，就是水果品種少些。

Went for a one night stay in Galway and was very happy we chose this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind, always checking on us to make sure we were okay, and they were extremely fast with everything. When we were paying for our drinks on the way out, we spoke with a very nice girl called Molly. She was really friendly and mentioned she’s in college in Galway and originally from Louth. She gave us some great recommendations of things to do in Galway, which was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and hard working, and I honestly can’t fault any of them. We’ll definitely be going again, that’s for sure.
