小型犬1匹と家族4人、お部屋は2部屋で予約。ラグーナが近く、お値段もそれほど高くなかったです。建物自体は古く、フロントも広くは無いですが、対応してくれたスタッフは感じ良くとても親切でした。ネットからの予約で館内で使える金券を頂き、お土産は全てホテルで購入出来ました。お部屋は12畳で目の前に海で眺望は抜群です。犬用のケージも用意して頂けて助かりました。アメニティ類はフロントに置いてます。歯ブラシとタオルはお部屋にありました。大浴場は温泉で女風呂は狭いですが、朝入れ替えで男風呂の方は広いです。食事はお肉もあって豪華で美味しいですがいっぺんに出て来るので慌ただしいです。お部屋食も選べます。朝食は和食で美味しかったです。特に不満は無かったですが、夕食だけでも、わんこ連れて行けると嬉しいです。

夕食がおいしかったです。 また、利用しようと思います。

値段の割には清潔な居心地の良いホテル。 部屋からの眺めも良く、大浴場もよかった。 晩御飯を食べようと思ったら、予約をしていないとだめだと断られたのは、ホテルとしてどうかと思う。 代わりに近くの食事できるところは丁寧に教えてくれた。

I made a reservation for the fireworks at Laguna's night pool. 2 adults, 1 high school student, 2 elementary school students, and 1 0-year-old child. It's good to have good customer service, so call ahead and check. It looked very nice so I decided to come here. When I called in the middle of the night to find out if they would pick me up at any time on the way back as they were offering a shuttle to Laguna, this time the unfriendly man told me, ``The shuttle service is only available until 9pm.'' However, I wanted to go home after watching the fireworks and the pool was open until 9:30 pm, so I told her that I wanted to stay till the end and go home, and she declared, ``The fireworks will end at 8:00 pm.'' (Actually, it's from 8:30pm to 9:00pm) I didn't think I could talk to him, so I asked him about it at check-in, and he said, ``Please come pick me up anytime.'' After enjoying myself to the fullest, I called around 9:45 pm to pick her up, and she said, ``It's not possible.'' The person who said this is impossible is the person mentioned above who has a bad response at night. It's a different story, and we haven't been able to take over properly. Do you want me to drop you off and walk home? I was walking home while holding my 0-year-old baby in my arms. Of course, there's no apology. The room was spacious and clean, there was a trash can for diapers, diaper service was available, and the service was good at check-in, and the phone call in advance (during the day) was very good. When I refused to pick her up, she simply dismissed me as ``impossible,'' which made me sad. If you are staying at a hotel near Laguna with a shuttle service to Laguna, I would like you to know the fireworks time at the night pool. If you don't know, it's better not to say something uncertain like, "It'll end at 8pm." It was a big event for our family this summer, so it was a bad memory. I don't want to go there again.

宿泊代が、高いと思う。

It was a fairly large room for 15,000 yen! Also, the sea was visible, and it was a very comfortable inn.

朝食付きだと思っていたが違った！予約方法が不明確なのが残念でした。改善願います。

Since I was using Lagunasia, I was looking for a plan to stay overnight without meals on the day, but there was no problem with the hot springs being taken slowly, and the room being very spacious, open and clean. I wanted to try a plan that included cooking.

かなり古い旅館の印象でしたが、清潔でよかったです。露天風呂から視線が気になりましたので目隠しフェンスなどあったらいいかと思います。
