Wano Resort Hazu

The food was very tasty and the staff were friendly, polite and attentive.

The front desk staff all greeted us with a smile, and we were impressed by how flexibly they responded to the situation even when it was crowded. The room had a cracked toilet tank and rubbish on the balcony, but we could enjoy the ocean view in front of us, the starry sky was beautiful, and we could enjoy nature, so as long as we didn't mind the little details, we were very satisfied. There were Japanese-style benches in the hallways, which gave it a stylish feel. There were separate restrooms for men and women on each floor. Guests were free to drink coffee and tea. There was also table tennis and a small game center, so we enjoyed the unique a**osphere of a fun inn. There was a decent selection of souvenirs, including the trademark owl goods, which were cute items such as handwritten postcards and handmade key chains. The owls welcomed us, and since they were used to humans, they were quiet and let us touch them. They were so cute! The rice was very delicious! I would like to stay at this inn again if I have the chance.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old and 7-year-old. The food was delicious, and there was a small game corner and children's play area, so the children had a lot of fun. At first, my child was scared to touch the owls, but after watching the feeding show, he said he wanted to touch them and interacted with them a lot. When we left, he was so reluctant that he wanted to take the owl home with him. The view from the room and the open-air bath were both beautiful. However, perhaps due to a problem with the app's specifications, we were told at the front desk that even though we had made a reservation with children, it was only a reservation for two adults. It was good that they handled it on the spot, but it would be a good idea to check if you are bringing children.

The meal was delicious. Grilled Shabu and Gamagori Udon were really delicious. At first, I was at a loss to go to the open-air bath. The room was spacious and felt clean. thank you. There was an owl at the entrance, which was very cute.

The food is not satisfactory. If you drive, the hotel has parking spaces which is very convenient. The age of the house is acceptable.

Hazu Group is located in Shinshiro City and Gamagori City. The Hazu Group has five inns, but they are all different types, and managing them seems to be quite difficult. It's like running a different type of restaurant, so problems always seem to occur. The food seems to be delicious at all the accommodations (I've eaten it at Hazu Gassho, Hazuki, and Hazu Bekkan), but unfortunately it wasn't very delicious here. The sashimi is not new and the sukiyaki sauce is too sweet. This is an inn that was purchased from a bankrupt hotel several decades ago. Since then, the hotel seems to have been operating at reasonable accommodation fees for a 45-room hot spring inn. Until recently, the standard price for one night and two meals was less than 10,000 yen. There is an incredibly steep slope in front of the hotel, and the indoor bath is on the 7th floor and the open-air bath is on the 1st floor. When it comes to repairs inside the room, there are some places where costs are kept too low. There is an owl show and a dog run. It seems that many of the guests are regulars, and they all feel at home. In the end, does the cheapness of the accommodation hide the Seven Difficulties? Still, I want you to put some effort into your cooking!

Due to work, check-in time was delayed significantly, and I arrived at 21:00, but the staff's response was very good. The owl was also cute and healed. I would like to go again if I have time.

I stayed 2 nights. The building is old but clean and the view from the room was great. Also breakfast was delicious.
