Beautiful resort with just the most attentive and amazing staff :) everyone we met was so helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to help us or suggest things to see and do. I love their sustainability initiative and in-house herb garden! The direct access to a private beach is perfect as well, we will be back with the rest of our family.

Fidèles clients en famille et toujours un plaisir de s'y rendre. L'accueil est chaleureux avec le personnel qui nous connaît et à qui le plaisir de nous retrouver est partagé. Les chambres propres il faut impérativement à remplacer les vieilles bouilloire par une vraie cafetière Nespresso c'est important d'y penser . Les restaurants sont tous très très bons. Un plus pour Anis qui est exceptionnel, gentil, serviable, un vrai coup de cœur depuis plusieurs années. Pour terminer Rania la demoiselle du bar devrait montrer un peu plus de sympathie et de professionnalisme. Peut-être un manque d'expérience ?

Bonjour , Client Fidèle et régulier de l’hôtel depuis de nombreuses années ,je passe un coup de fil pour réserver un déjeuner entre amis que j’ai reçus de l’étranger dans le restaurant autour de la piscine zembra le dimanche 12 mai . Il a fallu plus de 5 appels afin que le réceptionniste décroche et me transmette le restaurant de la piscine . Une fois celui ci en ligne , je me présente et souhaite réserver pour le déjeuner sans baignade je tiens à le préciser . L’accès m’est refusé sous prétexte qu’il faut prendre un pass pour la baignade obligatoire . Je reprecise qu’on vient en tenue de ville et juste pour le déjeuner. La réponse est froide et reste la même . Je m’attendais qu un hôtel de cette qualité sache traiter ses clients fidèles avec plus de Respect et de Considération . La déception est totale. Probabilmente la struttura migliore da me visitata sia duranti i viaggi di lavoro che di piacere Eleganza 5 stelle e personale insuperabile mai incontrato in altre strutture ricettive dello stesso livello Ristorante cinese invece non proprio all’altezza

Excellent service/ un personnel prévenant et très rapide. Ils ont par exemple livré un chauffage d'appoint car il faisait froid le soir. Au restaurant samedi dernier il n'y avait plus de jus d'orange frais mais Abdul en a fait pressé 2 immédiatement . Bref une attention et une gentillesse remarquables avec tout le monde. Le restaurant l'Olivier est cher mais les mets sont de qualité et bien travaillés. Le SPA est aussi sur des tarifs européens mais de qualité aussi.
