We spent 1 night at Uga Riva to mark the start of our 2 week vacation in Sri Lanka. The hospitality was personal and our Super Deluxe Suite was very comfortable. We had a fantastic vegetarian dinner and traditional breakfast, which was prepared by Chef Kasun Special thanks to Kasun and Asangar for their warmth and personal service.

What a fantastic start to our trip of a lifetime in Sri Lanka! This beautiful property set the perfect tone for our trip with an unbelievably warm welcome, fantastic room, beautiful food and staff who were so friendly and helpful. Northing was too much trouble. We are a family of four with children aged 10 and 8. We stayed in the triple room, but they were very accommodating about adding a second extra bed and there was PLENTY of space in the bedroom for it. The food was delicious, served on the veranda outside our room and all food preferences and whims of the children were catered for! The swimming pool was huge and set in the gorgous lush garden. Highly recommend this place for families looking for some peace and relaxation!

If you want a quiet and relaxed stay with excellent and personal service, you should definitely come here. not tied to fixed times for breakfast or dinner and everything is made the way you want by the fantastic chef. very good hotel to start or end your vacation.
