Convenient and easy to find

It has a small refrigerator. There is no microwave. It was clean. The restaurant was closed. The parking lot was not motorcycle friendly, it was on a hill but we managed. Breakfast was the usual, nothing special. The head of the beds was lower than the foot. They moved us to a different room for the first night. Then moved us back to the original room for the second night. Not sure why we had to move. They need better lighting. We did laundry there. We arrived on Gander Day so everything was closed. It is a holiday in Gander. We did visit the little museum and learned a lot about the history of Gander and its airport.

The staff were not helpful when asking questions and the bartender in the lounge clearly did not want anyone there.

Bath room could use update.
Heater in bedroom is really loud when trying to sleep.

There was no heat in the room. Wouldn't give me a discount because i book through *******. If i book through the hotel i would got a discount like the ones who book through the hotel. Poor services.
