The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

We had dinner at waves restaurant and very good food amazing swimming pool health club and nice sports Facilities. Good place to stay. Chef Rakesh and in charge puritan at restaurant gave us wonderful service and food as per our taste. Over all very good hospitality.

The food was delicious, plenty of options were there. Starting with the starters cheese shots, soup are a great go. With a wide variety of salads and veges tgere were a too wide range for delicacies. Other items which are not displayed are also great like pizza and pasta which are a must try including the desserts and icecream. Thanks to Ananya for the hospitality to make the dinner experience great.

It was a pleasant dinner with an awesome dinner specially the starters and dinner. It turned out to be greater experience only possible because of an awesome hospitality by Ananya, Ashish and Neha. The desserts were also the best and the truffle and chocolate marquis is a must try.

It was awesome experience, food was excellent and the hospitality was mind blowing. Chef Rakesh personally came to us and asked feedback on the food. Very kind and helpful. Overall loved the evening. On the other hand, the buffet price looks inflated. We had opted for Alacarte since for a family the buffet prices looks expensive.

Food was delicious with better service. Nice ambiance. Khao soy soup was awesome. We got excellent hospitality from chef Rakesh. Hotel lobby was very nice. Buffet sprayed is Excellent. Lots of variety of food. Pool side is very good we come back again.
