The room was clean, bed comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great. People were helpful and friendly. I will stay here again.

Great value! Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Quiet location. Recently updated from the looks of it. Very comfortable beds, cool laminate floors, obviously pet friendly, and also very clean. Very short ride to the Corning museum, shopping within 5 minutes if you forgot anything while packing. Added bonus, gas station next door for fueling up. Complimentary coffee in the lobby and I believe a kiosk for snacks and drinks. No breakfast buffet but room had a microwave and a fridge. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. If you want a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay, especially if you travel with pets, you will love it. My compliments to the owners!

I really like that the floors were not carpeted & were a clean vinyl.

I liked that there was flooring without carpet. It was clean. It has coffee maker, microwave and fridge. It is my favorite Red Roof.

The price was right and overall a nice place to stay. A few suggestions...could use floor coverings, floors are very cold also the floors were quite dirty by the look of our socks after walking around. Secondly, there is a large gap under the door letting smells, sounds, light, and drafts into the room. The bed was comfortable, the hvac great. The lighting was very dim and the studio could of used additional seating aside from the table and bed. Again overall, I would stay here again but just a few upgrades would make stays much better.

The room was comfortable but I cannot understand why the "kitchenette" that I rented did not have anything remotely related to kitchen use except a full-sized refrigerator which I very much appreciated. Missing were: cups, plates, flatware, teabags, coffee, etc. Fortunately we had one cup and teabags with us so I was able to have some tea in the morning before we left.
