All good and clean. Only face towels provided, could improve with bath towel. There is no water either tho I saw bottled water in the front office.

The staff is friendly, the location is good, near Gangneung Station, the facilities are good, and the soundproofing is great. There's a convenience store nearby, but it's a little difficult to find because it's in an alley.
They say they can speak English and Japanese, so it would be good for foreigners to come. The soundproofing is terrible....
