Only the exterior is a hotel, and the interior is a motel.. The old motel building was remodeled only on the exterior, and the interior is at the level of an inn.

The price was cheap and I really liked the hot water in the shower. The location was also very close to Jeongdongjin Beach, so it was perfect for watching the sunrise. The only drawback is that it is close to the railroad tracks, so the sound of passing trains is a bit annoying.
