Hotel Rafine

The private parking lot and the route from the parking lot to the accommodation was very convenient, and it was a better accommodation because it had a private feel! Thank you for your kind guidance even though I arrived late! The bedding was so cozy that I slept well haha.

I had obviously made a reservation for a duplex on Trip.com, but when I arrived, it was a regular single-story room. When I inquired with the person in charge of the accommodation, I found that different price ranges for duplex and single-story rooms were registered on various accommodation reservation sites, but the price range I reserved was for a duplex. They said it was an amount they couldn't afford and that I had to inquire directly with Trip.com about this? So I kept calling Trip.com to inquire, but they didn't answer, so I just gave up.^^ In fact, the prices for single-story rooms and duplex rooms weren't that much different, and the single-story rooms were quite usable and the service was very good, so I just gave up. I'm going to move on quietly, but I hope that Trip.com officials, if they are reading this, will do their job properly. When I was there, I heard from the hotel staff that there was another group of guests who had experienced the same thing as me. I don't know what site he made the reservation on. This has never happened when I booked an accommodation for an overseas trip... Anyway, there was no problem using the accommodation, but I don't feel good about losing money.
