The location is excellent, with a Starbucks nearby and two convenience stores. The staff are nice and helpful! However, I really recommend that the hotel consider installing a safe. I was so shocked to find that there is no safe in hotel room.

Nice, new-ish hotel. Modern furnishings. Well located for those visiting Gangneung city itself. Walking distance to the local nightlife and drinking places. Room was nice, clean, neat and modern. Would consider staying again in future

Very nice and clean modern facility, comfortable bed and convenient location with much to offer. The staff are very helpful even with the language barrier but they do their best to assist and help with finding stuff around town. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I was here during the wildfire and strong winds and hotel staff put the patrons safety above all else and assist. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable stay

This was amazing stay! I love that hotel was further from live streets, we were offered super great place for dinner. Rooms were perfect-clean, warm, bedsheets clean. We did not breakfast innthe hotel, we ordered take away sandwiches that were super delicious. Will definately return.

good price and place for gangreung

A hotel which worths its price. Everything is clean and it is comfortable staying here. Also there are olive young, daiso, several convenience stores and many restaurants nearby. Will definitely come back here again for my next trip in gangneung.

The hotel's location is good. Front service needs to be divided into two people. My friend and I will arrive at the hotel around lunch. When checking in, there is one man and one woman at the front desk. I tried to check on my own to see if my reservation was successful. But the hotel did not come in. From then on, the woman at the front desk said, “You can’t check in right now.” And they were not friendly and ignored us. Maybe they thought that because we were foreigners they couldn't understand Korean. Is that why their attitude is so bad? When we arrive at the hotel, it will be around 12 o'clock. We asked if early check-in is possible. The female front desk kept saying, "No, you have to wait until 3 o'clock." We're not that good at Korean, so we asked a lot. No. We thought there were no vacancies. Just sit on the sofa and wait. We waited for almost an hour. But I want to check in quickly and go out with a friend. So we go to ask if there are any vacancies at 1 o'clock. Early check-in is at one hour. How much is it? Then the front desk informed us, “If we have an empty room and check in early, it will be 1,000 won for one hour.” We paid because we said we would check in early. The woman at the front desk's attitude toward us has improved a lot. She smiles at us and tells us our floor number. There is no insect screen on the window of the room. When I opened the window for a moment, the entire room was full of bugs. The bed next to the window was full of bugs. I couldn't sleep at all. Fortunately, the female front desk person who checked us in in the afternoon was home from work. There was a male front desk attendant at night, and I showed him a picture of the room full of bugs. He said he wanted to solve the bug problem. He kindly expressed his apologies and said he could change rooms for us. The next day, the front desk called to let me know that it was check-out time. The woman who checked in the day before had a bad attitude at the front desk, so I couldn't stay with my friends.
