위치는 좋은데 밤에 보일러를 안틀어주고 전기장판만되어있어서 아쉬웠어요

* 삼일절 연휴 기간이기는 하지만
o 가격 : 모텔 시설에 비해 황당하게 너무 비싸고(평소 5만원도 과한데 무려 17만원 이상 지불 했음)
o 난방 : 개별 각방 (중앙난방) 난방이 안되어 너무 춥고, 그래서 침대는 전기장판 설치하여 불편
o 욕실 : 욕실(화장실) 방 외부에 설치되어 있어 난방 불가로 샤워시 너무 추웠음
o 고객응대 등 : 저녁 8시 이후 전화 불통, 아침(7시경)에 수건이 부족해 추가요구 하려고 전화연락이 안되어 1츨 프론트에 내려 갔으나 모든
문도 잠겨있고 관리원이나 주인도 없어 결국 추가 수건을 얻지 못해 황당했음.
o 주차장도 확보가 안되어 아침 일찍 출차하는데 애로사항이 많았음
* 위 사항에 대해 소비자보호원에 진정,조사 요구를 해야 될것 같은데 ..너무 폭리하는게 아닌지?

房間很大，很好，價格也便宜，還就在市內，出行非常方便，真的不錯，推薦推薦，隔音效果非常好，這個價格太划算了

Everything was very good!
Perfect hotel to stay if you go to Gangneung.
The only thing i would change are the pillows hahaha, i felt they were to hard!
Also the wifi and tv are good
