시설은. 보통이고 위치가 시내에 있어뷰가 약하네요 식사는 그런대로 괜찮았어요 써비스도 괜찬았고요 주차장이 멀어 불편했지만 나름 괜찮아요

평일 2박 당일 예약 후 체크인 전 일정 변경으로 1박 변경요청 당일 예약은 안된다고 프론트 여직원하고 입씨름하고 30분간 체크인 못하고 있었음, 룸 때문에 중복 예약 한건도 당일예약 확정인데 취소 호텔에서 해주고 당일 예약건 변경은 규정상 취소 안된다고 하는 말이 더 웃김, 소비자보호원 접수, 여직원 융통성 일도 없고, 규정상 안된다고 이야기만 되풀이, 트립닷컴에서 처리해 주어야 한다고. 해서 전화 항의하니 트립닷컴 3만원 보상, 어쩔수 없어 일박하고 퇴실함, 방음 상태 너무 안좋고 옆방 이야기 하는거 다들림, 잠도 못잠,
완전 취소 시킬까봐 그런지 장사속이 너무 보임,,
직원교육, 호텔 시스템에 문제 있는듯, 돈보다 속았다는 느낌에 열받음, 체크인 전에 방들도 많고 성수기도 아닌데 당일 예약했다는 걸로, 취소.변경 불가, 기분 잡치고 스트레스 받고, 주차 유도하시는 할아버지 빼고는 빵점짜리, 평일엔 당일 예약하고 가시지 마세요.
