It was a very good experience. Hotel ***ager (Mr. Nawraj) was very nice and humble. He ***aged all our cab bookings and trips. Room was nice and big. Hotel food was also good. Will recommed this hotel to everyone.

Clean and Rooms are specious. Most important thing is Staffs are very supportive which add value to ur stay. MG Marg market is very near. Easily taxi availability. hotel ***ager guides you if need any idea about Sikkim schedule. Must stay if u r in Gangtok. Thank you

The stay was awesome in Udaan. The staff were polite & hospitable. The ambience in the restaurant was awesome, music lovely, food good &hot, cocktails perfect. All were very good but to name a few-Tenzing,Laku,Bijay, Vivek. Would recommend people reading this to come. Hope to come again👍🏻

It was my first experience to Gangtok for vacation, and I love this place and the staff was very good there hospitality was very friendly and welcoming with worm welcome if you ever happen to visit this place you must meet Mr. Nawraj Subedi from reception he is very helpful and kind and also he has good knowledge about the places around to visit , they also provide cab if you wish for with a convenient price, again ***y thanks to Hotel Dew Pond and all the staff

It was a great trip. The hotel and the hotel staff were very friendly and generous. All of them are very supporting. Nawraj was very helpful and supportive. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling to gangtok you should visit this hotel.

Spacious rooms at affordable rates. Service is very good. Rooms are clean much better than the popular ones in MG Marg road. Will definitely visit again. Like the stay, food and the hospitality by Karma, Subashis and Nishant. Thanks guys!!!!

It was a great stay and they coordinated in each and every aspect with so much generosity. Would highly recommend. Thank you for assisting our whole family and making it easy for us to travel in Gangtok. Food is also very tasty and worth it.
