Excellent service with mesmerising view. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. Food was also nice and homely. Located at centre place of the city. All leading showrooms are nearby and the famous Lalbazar market is only at 5 minutes walk.

The experience was very satisfying and wholesome. The behaviour of the staff was also very commendable. It's located very close to MG MARG and the amenities provided by the hotel was also very satisfying.

We stayed one night at this hotel after returning from North Sikkim. We got a filthy room with dirty linen . There was very poor plumbing in the bathroom and the last straw was that there was no water next morning. COVID protocol was not at all followed in the hotel.The staff were rude and unhelpful. Not recommended at all.

It was a great time,the service provided by the hotel staff was good,hope to visit again. Me and my friend enjoyed the clean and safe and cold environment of Sikkim as well as the hotel management was very good.

Very good room. Big in size and reasonable in price. Loved it. Neat and clean. Great room service. Food quality needs to be improved a bit. Otherwise perfect hotel to stay in Gangtok. Loved it. It is near to MG Marg. You have to go up a few steps to reach MG Marg.

Very clean, hygiene, spacious rooms. Great staffs!! They are very friendly and helpful.Amazing location.Near to mall road. Overall this is a great hotel and i would definitely stay here again!!! 😇😇😇
