Had a really lovely stay, staff was amazing, polite & really helpful. Specially Mr. Nikhil, they made us feel like home. Food was delicious , had a lot of options. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice, location is also nearby MG road. Would highly recommend this hotel.

All staff members are excellent behaviour and perfect food in quality and taste really we satisfied thank you so much for your service.i am very impressed with reception staff Mr Nikhil due his good response during his duty.🙏☺️ One of the most important thing here in my travelling experience hotal staff behaved in soft and shrill way Really thank you so much for providing such type of service.

Jain group crown de la cruze is an excellent hotel. We did an online booking and the room was the same as described as the on MakeMyTrip. The service was good too. Plus the dinner was good too . The serivce was fast too. Overall I would give 5/5. Special thanks to Nikhil and , Mahen

Staff was awesome, room was good ..and food is fantastic...I love it...staff behaviour was polity and very helpful the washroom maintain with hygiene I always prefer to stay here whenever I ever come again in Sikkim the staff Mahendra he is very friendly with customers and helpful., 😀

Very reasonable price will good food and very hiygen. The staff is also very helpful in every way his name is - Mahendra. Thank you once again for the hospitality . The rooms were cleaned and maintenance properly washroom also clean.....🫡🫡

The place has good ambious and also has good service facilities. Food was nice and delicious. Great experience of staying. Mr Nikhil provided good hearing of service and friendly and polite nature. Rooms were clean, view was good from room and dining site.

The stay here was really amazing. The staff and the ***ager including Sushant, Nikhil and Mayank were very kind and generous towards us. They took all efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable and hassle free. The food served was also really good.
