The hotel Golden Crest deceives people saying it is newly renovated. The ceiling is damp and broken (photo attached). Moreover they have not provided even basic amenities like towel, toiletries etc.
The customer service is also not helpful.
Overall an experience nobody would like to have.

Location does not have near by market, but u can get taxi easily to visit mg market which is a must visit, breakfast was good, avg rating as washroom was not neat, basic things toilet napkins were not available

Our stay was very comfortable. The room and washroom were clean. Food cost was a little on the higher side. The staff was very coperative. I will recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean and having good staff. Only issue was we booked hotel for twin bed but when we reached hotel staff was saying we dont have twin bed. If hotel dont have such availability why it was not clearly mentioned?

Location is not good and the property looks good only from outside. Rooms are old and musty and without proper maintenance. Bed sheets and towels are dirty. Bathrooms are a disappointment with dirty bucket. No tolleteries were given except a 5 rupee pack of lux soap. Food is pure veg but still super expensive. Only positive thing is the view from the room. Would definitely not stay there again

Room look wise good however no proper cleaning you will find lots of spider web, bad smell towel and glass. No proper support from staff. They don’t provide power back during night. Lack professionalism. Breakfast average
