This hotel had a very good staff, good food, clean and spacious rooms. Being a localite, the manager of this hotel was very knowledgeable about Sikkim and really helpful. Parking was also available and people could bring food from outside as well. Location was slightly far from the main market but shared taxis were available from just outside the hotel. Overall, had a great time here!

Experience was not good. There was so many insects in the bathroom. Water was leaking from tap whole day. Food quality was okay.

Room service was pathetic. Telephone not working. Frequent power cut problem. Rooms were not good. Not very positive feeling once u enter. Not properly illuminated. Kind of wet and damp. There was bad odour in the room. Location is odd as one has to hire a taxi to reach mg marg.

The experience of staying in the hotel and interaction with the owner mr. Dev sharma and the manager was quite awesome. The trip to north sikkim was also managed by the hotel authority. The rooms in the hotel was quite good and the bathroom was also good. The room was neat and clean. The room had the facilities with the availability of coffee and good. The hotel owner, manager, and all the staffs are very well interacted. We found the hotel very awesome thanks and warm regards to all the hotel owner.

Staff was amazing and friendly! felt like family. Food was amazing, bathroom was good and extra services were provided on extra charges easily. An average room will not give you a good view from your hotel room but the continuos sound of nearby waterfall provided with a calming ambience. Room service was great. Neat and standard hotel. Just a little far from mg marg cause we had to pay 200 for 4 people every-time we needed to reach the hotel after spending the day at mg marg. Day fare from hotel to mg marg for 4 people is 150. Other than this, everything was great and had a nice stay with family)
