Sumitel Oriental Gangtok

Had a great trip with my family this was the first trip towards gangtok love the hospitality and the ambiance of the hotel mostly the room is neer and clean and the location is on point will definitely visit again thank you simitel family for the great service

Great location and small and cozy room one of the best thing about the property is they have neat and clean room and the view of the mg marg, will definitely recommend sumitel oriental to visit, Mr lama is always there to help you with is team great job keep going on, my daughter had problem at night in the night there was only security guard and fo r the help he contact manager of the hotel for the help within 10 minutes he was on the way Mr lama, he had help me to guide towards the hospital thank you once again team sumital for the help

Location was it is in the hart of the mg marg, love the quality of thr food they serve korean food, room are very Hyganic and the hotel is boutique will visit again especially thank to the staff manager Mr lama.. For rhe hospitality and the care ❤

Stay at sumitel oriental was great. The service by the staffs were excellent. From the bellboy, reception to the check out every thing was handled very smooth. room plus aminity spread was the best. Service by hotel team is commendable. I recommend this property to stay in mg marg gangtok. Thank you mr Lama for the service

Washroom is small but neat. As mentioned in other reviews, one of the lights in the washroom is not working. Room is good. And location is absolutely on the new market road. Breakfast options is not available. Kettle is available. Heater is available. Locker is available. They are providing dental kit, shaving kit ***** with use & throw slippers

Geyser were not working for both the days in such cool place totally disappointed.

Not good in this cold weather their is no hot water for bath if we call n say that hot water is not coming their ans was it takes time 15 min n me came from that time till my check out no hot water was their plus in washroom their is ventilation from their we can see other room washroom and even from their they were smoking and all smoke came to our washroom and was smelling badly and the flooring of bedroom was full noisy

I had my best experience staying at this hotel, excellent location, excellent staff,I booked a city view room but ,Kangchenjunga was clearly visible from my room and it was mesmerizing.Room was beautiful 😍 clean and was provided with all basics.Travell partner was available in reasonable price.Very well behaved staff's and room service was also too good.Overall it was a excellent experience staying there. Just for info:lift is not available in the hotel so if your room is at 5th floor u have to clim stairs. Thanks Summit oriental for such a good stay.
