Hospitality was awesome,food i s very delicious nd specially breakfast was awesome, rooms are well cleaned all the amenities are there, staffs are very friendly and polite overall very satisfied with service nd hospitality.

We visited Sikkim in the month of Oct 2022 and stayed at the Imperial Hotel & Spa, Gangtok. The hotel rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. The food is delicious and service beyond expectations. I had planned a surprise birthday celebration for my husband. Sahil Rai from The Imperial arranged for the room decoration with flower bed and balloons. A special birthday cake and dinner were the most exceptional. A big thank you to Sahil for making the birthday special and keeping the arrangements hush-hush until due. Great team!

One of the most memorable experience of our Sikkim Trip was this hotel at Gangtok.Beautiful rooms,delicious food and home like comfortable and safe environment. The whole team is doing a fab job. Shiv and his team personify excellent customer service. I dont think we have experienced such a proactive and efficient service at any of the hotels so far. I think their USP is going extra mile for providing personalised experience to each of their guests. With this awesome nature and positive attitude, this team and hotel is going to flourish and make ***y ***y ***y more happy customers :)
