It's a nice 3 star property. The staff is extremely courteous. All in all a pleasant stay. Reducing one star as one of the premium room we were staying in had a musty odour. We had a early check out the staff were kind enough to pack sandwiches and fruits for us.

Udaan staff is always polite and warm They are quick to attend to your needs However the facility itself does not live to the expectation and premium pricing It is not in great surroundings When you open the window all that you can see of gangtok is a dingy cement wall Some of the rooms that we received were smelly and we had to request hotel staff to shift us to another room

An amicable experience of our stay with udaan wood berry , the hotel is beautiful for stay with nice view, veg food is delicious, the staff is very generous and hospitable and attentive. The receptionist the chef and ***ager and housekeeping all the stafff were available in a click , sp mention MS. Eden, Mr. Dawa , Mr swaroop, Mr. Amit, Mr hussain , Mr, Rahul, Ms. donka,Ms. Passang, Ms. Chung chung. Applaud for all . Do come and book your stay

The quality of service and amenities justified the cost. Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. Smoothie check in. Food was really tasty and all the staff were so attentive especially front desk team Ms Eden and Mr Dawa thank you and from housekeeping Mr Prince thank you for you help

We had a great stay at Hotel woodberry. Room were clean and all facilities were good.Hotel is little away from main town and stay was peaceful. Hotel restaurant food very delicious. Eden and Dawa very hospitable and provided all the help needed . Would really love come back again
