The best property in gangtok, service 10/10, food 10/10. Highly recommended.

The resort is very beautiful with greenary all over inside the premises. Food was hygienic and tasty as well. The room was nicely designed for a comfortable stay. Umbrella was provided at various points to use while raining. Also swimming pool was well maintained and hygienic to use. Last but not the least both individual miss Iswari and Kakoli were very cooperative during the entire stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Amazing ****** experience and Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with stay specially Iswari taking good care and providing all the requirement , great experience of hospitality .

One of the best resorts I have ever stayed, very peaceful, great staff especially Iswari and Krishna, fantastic a**osphere...must stay here if you are in Gangtok, my kids loved this place especially, it was our best stay experience in past few years

The rooms & bathroom were spacious and very nice. Service is very good. The moisturiser (body lotion) is fixed in shower area which is inconvenient to apply in a wet area. Linnen and air conditioning were also perfect. The Chef Niranjan and room service was good

It was a excellent experience in mayfair gangtok. The ambience and food is very good.There is a lot to explore in the property itself and all the staffs are very helpful especially ishwari greeted us at the time of arrival and took care at the time of stay and kakoli is also very sweet.

Mayfair resort is an excellent property located on the outskirts of Gangtok. The entire staff was very supportive and took care of us really well. It is a colourful property , one can click as ***y as photos here as the property is so aesthetic and beautiful, also nicely decorated. The breakfast spread was very good, we enjoyed each and every moment stayed in this property. Ms Rashi and Mr Sutirtha hosted us really well. We will recommend this property to all our near and dear ones.

We had a pleasant 3 nights here . The hotel Is sprawling with large grounds and good landscaping . Would firstly like to thank Mr Chandan Thakur ( Asst VP Opérations) who went out of his way . Firstly upgraded our room and was always there for all guests . The Front desk - Subhamoy Giri especially was extremely helpful , courteous and friendly as well as Suthrith . F and B - especially Nimchiki , Sheetal and Renuka - always available for any queries . Nimchiki took care of us as did the others - helpful , friendly and courteous. Pritam as well Is polite from the Spa. Definitely recommend this hotel . The only downside was the noise factor - due to inconsiderate guests and our room was close to the restaurant area . The gym could be upgraded a bit but other than this everything was good . Would recommend the Travel Desk attached to Mayfair for any tours / transfers rather than any outside agency .
