It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

Beautiful place, excellent service n food. Few people like chandan was very helpful n caring nature and Renuka was loving and treated with a smile always . Thanks to whole staff for making it so special . Overall the experience was good. If travelling to gangtok this place is very suitable n beautiful

Renuka and Chandan yadav were the great serves they served our family throughout the trip at mayfair. They were on their toes to help. They were spectacular can helped me with everything. I would recommend everyone who comes here to ask for them personally.

Average staying experience. Construction is going all around. Not maintained. Average location. Linen were not clean, maintenance required. Staff can be more courteous, better experience expected
