First class property with very kind hearted ***agement Team. Food was very Testy and Restorant ***agement was Fabulous. I’m travelling with my 1 year old daughter and Miss kavita and her team was very attached vid my daughter and also gives her balloons and all things. It’s a beautiful property. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff is very cordial. Overall it was a great experience.

The property offers stunning views with gardens. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staffs is courteous and always ready to make the stay comfortable. My kids love the staff Kabitha and Gracee , they were so kind with patience. The food is tasty. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property.

We had lovely stay in hotel, rooms were large and clean. Food in restaurant was quite good as well. Staff was quite helpful with special mention to seemran and Namrata. Both were quite helpful, thanks. We will highly recommend summit norling property in Gangtok.

Nous sommes restés dans ce resort 3j (2j +1j). Nous avons pris une chambre familiale avec balcon. La chambre est confortable et propre, sans chauffage, mais les lits sont chauffants. La température dans la chambre a été correcte. Le resto propose un large choix à la carte, bien cuisiné. Félicitations au chef et à son équipe qui est très serviable et réactive.

We got an average view from our Double Deluxe with Balcony, so view wise we didi not get a good experience. Hotel's service was really nice. Specially the restaurant, Kabita from Restaurant team was very attentive and helpful for all our needs. Service wise it was very satisfying. Overall it was a decent stay. The support team of Summit hotels was very helpful and responsive too. We made changes in our plan and they ***aged that really well.

The stay made our experience in Sikkim very memorable. Pleasant weather, tasty food, awesome amenities, quick and accomodative service from Kavita, Gracee and Pushpak added to the comfortable and smooth stay. There is a 3 equipment gym and super awesome decor and infra for candle light dinner dates. In short, it's a go to place👍

Location is really nice and well maintained property.Staff are really friendly, special Thanks to kavita didi and Gracy didi her positive attitude made our vacation truly special.we can say stay at summit resort was the best part of our vacation.

The hospitality is good.Kabita was very welcoming.But the hotel is very far from MG road,the ***ager I felt was very arrogant with the staff.Although the entire staff was very welcoming but I felt bad the way the ***ager was treating them .Also the rooms need to be renovated,the bath tubs were very old and damaged.overall the amount the hotel is charging I felt is higher in comparison to the infra they had.There are much good hotels in the town who are far better than this hotel.
