This is our first visit to Gangtok with our family for 3 days. We had a very nice time. The mountain view from the room was superb and we got a chance to view sunset as well. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Staffs are really humble and courteous. The food was really good starting from the welcome drink. Overall we had a memorable stay in Cilantro Comfort and my heartful thanks to all the staffs(reception, restaurant and room service) Thank you khushi ...

I had a great experience with the Cilantro Comfort. The room was very clean. The food was delicious and the environment was very good. The staff was incredibly helpful, ***ager, chef and the ground staff. Overall they made my first Sikkim visit as best.

excellent beautiful hotel with great hospitality service. food excellent with beautiful view from room giving a peaceful calm vibes. great for family friends and even couples. only 10 mins from mg marg by car and near stnm hospital. overall best hotel in town. 4 star premium hotel with 5 star feeling.

Hospitality and the food was great 🙌 the ambience was cozy and spacious also the servicing staff were very polite .The view looks great from the hotel .Special thanks to the receptionist Mr JORDEN Bhutia who help us in the great way possible. The Indian platter was great . Moreover love the view from the hotel :)

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a peaceful haven for weary travellers and is remarkably good. The rooms are tastefully done and feel cozy and inviting. Service levels and the food is par excellence, which could not be said of a lot of similar properties in Gangtok. A special shout out must go to Miss Tshering from front desk and her unmatched sense of customer service, who with her charming and welcoming demeanour ***aged to make my stay a memorable one !

The staff at this property are all great! , specially the receptionist "Miss Tshering Doma Sherpa" She goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Also the room and food were above our expectations. Please Cilantro Comfort give your staff awards! They all really deserve it🙂. I highly highly recommended this hotel if you are thinking of visiting Sikkim.

Not a good hotel,hotel is very very small and not a four 4 star hotel.Hotel is not expected as shown.This is very small hotel and not for suitable for family because this is far from the m g. market.so please avoid this hotel but staff is very good

We stayed for 5 nights at Cilantro Comfort Hotel in Dec 2022. Each and every staff member from customer care, sightseeing arrangements, hotel reception, kitchen, restaurant and other helps, was very helpful, humble and well ***nered. The staff was very attentive to our requirements and we really liked their hospitality. They made our already fantastic trip even more wonderful. The hotel is still new property. They have maintained it very clean, the rooms are big and the fixtures in rooms and bathroom are of top quality. The hotel also has a lift, so staying at higher floors is also not a problem. All in all, we had a memorable stay at this hotel, and would love to stay there again.
