Muscatel Delamare - 200 MTS from MG Marg

Hotel location is excellent, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t liked the furniture’s as they seems not properly maintained. I recommended to have brightness on the room.

Great stay at the hotel. Very very beautiful scenery and great a**osphere amount with versatile and cooperative staff.

Average stay with budget hotel experience. The food was not good tasted like hospital meal. Room was small but had a balcony with a view not worth mentioning. Location behind a mall which wasn’t operational at the time. Though it’s near to main market so you get ample alternatives for food & shopping.

The stay was terrible. I could see cockroach over my bed. So disgusting. No staff availability. I was with my wife and kid and booked a deluxe room but they did not even have 2 towels. When asked, the ***ager said laundry is not done yet but to my surprise it was not provided the 2nd day as well. Minimal staff availability and hence if u will order a thing, then again u will have to remind them after 20 mins or so and still at times go to the reception and ask for it. When asked that why it is getting delayed they have a simple answer - us samay koi aur staff hoga. They don’t have a room service number. As 112 is for restaurant as well as housekeeping. Have never experienced such thing. No switch boards were working fine. U will have to keep holding it. I was so frustrated that i moved out and booked another hotel, as i believed there is no use of discussion with them. The wooden floors were making such sound that my baby could not sleep if either of us are moving on the floor. Nastiest hotel i would say and still they ask for such price for dirty rooms and dirty washroom

Accommodation is average/good. Pols go for super deluxe. If with family. On 3rd floor. Rest all good it's near to mg road still 5 10 mins of efforts are required.

Booked room for family of 4. Location is near to mg road and taxi stand. View is great and ppl are helpful.

Excellent rooms with wonderful view of the mountain ranges. We booked the studio room and was not disappointed at all. Staff was very helpful and was welcoming. The property is also located close to mg marg so you won’t be far away if you wanted a good place to walk around. Hotel has an in-house restaurant and they even deliver food to your room if needed. Good food quality and variety. And yes, it is couple-friendly.

Property is located near mg marg but in a narrow lane. The property is old and doesn’t have a lift. I stayed in a studio room which is spacious but the property is not very well maintained and was not worth the price they quoted.
